Another pass! Eventually. Hand brake is now an advisory (how I hate those elliptics) but there was a problem with the emissions. One of the spark plugs was loose (I must have failed to tighten it enough... I always worry about over-tightening!) which wasn't helping. The mechanic at Cleaver Cars also made some adjustments in the carburettor to improve the mix and that made all the difference. So another green certificate is in my possesion!
